Fairbairn Smith & Co. (incorporating Avery Son & Fairbairn and Alfred Slater & Co.) has been providing legal advice to businesses and individuals since the 1850s. 

We are a small practice offering a personalised service through individual Caseworkers.  We pride ourselves on having acted for generations of families.  With the development of telephone conferencing and e-mail, we are able to cater for clients who have subsequently moved away from the area, and those who have come to us through recommendation and are not necessarily local.

All our staff receive additional regular training to keep abreast of current law and developments in practice.
